For Practitioners seeking to deepen their understanding of themselves and their clients, process workplace stress and systemic struggles maintain or improve wellbeing and confidence through curious exploration, practice and analysis.
I have worked with complex cases in multi disciplinary teams, with dual relationship purposes for many years. In these roles I provided supervision formally and informally to my colleagues, students and fellow clinicians; as well as participated in AASW's Mentor program and Supervision training.
Having lived experience, being analytically minded and Neurodiverse my strengths are in conceptualising issues within a systemic lens, identification and application of theory and pattern recognition. All of this combined shapes my approach with clinicians, deepening the understanding and quality of their professional identity, working relationships and techniques.
